 Willis Andrews is the visionary leader of Spectra Holdings Group, Inc., bringing over 15 years of hands-on experience in construction, real estate development, and acquisitions.  His strategic focus on impact-driven growth, innovation, and community revitalization has positioned Spectra as a dynamic force in the industry.  Under his leadership, the company has launched initiatives spanning housing, infrastructure, and industrial expansion. 

  Alfinette "Faye" Hayden is a co-founder of Spectra Holdings, overseeing administrative operations across the company and its subsidiaries.  With over two decades of experience in corporate compliance, HR, credentialing, and customer service, she ensures the organizational infrastructure remains strong, compliant, and scalable.  Faye is instrumental in managing internal systems, corporate records, and performance reporting for the executive team. 

 Emmanuel Okoye leads all operational functions across Spectra Holdings’ subsidiaries, overseeing execution strategies, compliance, and internal systems.  With a background in real estate underwriting and financial analytics, he ensures efficiency, performance tracking, and strategic alignment in project implementation.  His expertise in financial modeling and investor communications strengthens company transparency and return on investment. 

Rick Stevens is a Co-Founder and Chief Real Estate Officer, brings over 30 years of experience in business, brokerage, and development strategy.  He oversees all aspects of site acquisition, land planning, entitlements, and property strategy—driving growth through land assemblies, JV partnerships, and entitlement conversion.  His leadership helps shape Spectra’s real estate positioning and master development plans. 

 Eric Yankwitt provides legal and financial leadership to Spectra Holdings, managing corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and capital strategy.  With a unique blend of legal and investment expertise, he leads initiatives involving investor relations, contracts, SEC compliance, and risk management.  His oversight ensures Spectra’s financial and legal frameworks support scalable growth and accountability.  

 Eric Katz guides Spectra’s investment strategy, focusing on capital deployment, portfolio oversight, and strategic partnerships.  With a strong background in finance and private capital markets, he evaluates investment opportunities across sectors to maximize returns.  His leadership helps align Spectra’s funding sources with long-term development and acquisition goals.  

 Maria Ferrer directs marketing and sales operations, spearheading brand development, outreach campaigns, and customer acquisition strategies.  Her efforts support Spectra’s investor-facing platforms, lead generation, and digital visibility across all development verticals.  She plays a critical role in driving demand, positioning Spectra in competitive markets, and shaping investor narratives.  

 Michael Marcaida brings extensive experience in construction oversight, inspections, and field quality assurance, serving as the company’s Chief Qualifying Officer.  He supervises all field development, product deployment, and ICF-related services throughout the Southeastern United States.  Michael ensures project integrity, regulatory compliance, and construction excellence across all job sites. 

 Junaid Siddiq oversees all technology development, digital systems, and branding infrastructure at Spectra Holdings.  With a deep background in marketing, automation, and software deployment, he manages company-wide tech initiatives including the proprietary APU and MGL systems.  His leadership enables streamlined communication, branding consistency, and innovation across digital platforms. 

 Maurizio D’Alessandro brings over 20 years of hands‑on experience in "ground-up" residential and commercial construction. Under his flagship, Gulf Stone Construction Services Corp, he has successfully built more than 600 single-family homes and commercial units across Florida. Licensed as a Certified Building Contractor since October 2007 (License # CBC1255978), Maurizio leads all new construction projects with precision, quality, and deep industry expertise. 

   Rickey Jackson is a seasoned business strategist with a background in community engagement, real estate investment, and opportunity zone development.  He supports Spectra’s business expansion by sourcing land opportunities, building government and stakeholder relationships, and driving growth across underserved markets.  His experience in outreach and entrepreneurial leadership helps strengthen Spectra’s pipeline in urban and rural revitalization initiatives.
