COMPANY HISTORY

Spectra Holdings Group, Inc. was founded in May 2020 by three visionary entrepreneurs:   Willis Andrews (CEO/Chairman with over 20 years in acquisitions, construction, and business development), Alfinette "Faye" Hayden (CAO/Corporate Secretary), and Rick Stevens (CREO/Director).  What began as an ambitious startup has rapidly evolved into a $100M diversified holdings company operating across multiple industries.  The founders combined their expertise in construction, technology, and community development to create an integrated business model that addresses housing shortages in underserved communities while maintaining profitable operations.   Within five years, the company has expanded from a three-person founding team to 34+ employees with aggressive plans to reach 4,000 employees within 24 months, demonstrating unprecedented growth in the construction and community development sectors.

 Our mission extends beyond traditional construction - we revitalize underserved communities through innovative, disaster-resistant construction methods that provide affordable, energy-efficient housing solutions. By partnering with government programs (CDBG, HOME, SHIP funding) and focusing on areas others ignore, we bridge the gap between community need and market viability. Our humanitarian approach ensures every project serves both social impact and business sustainability, creating lasting positive change in communities that have been historically overlooked by mainstream developers. We don't just build structures; we rebuild hope, economic opportunity, and community resilience through our integrated approach to development.

Our vision is to build over 8 million square feet of residential, commercial, and industrial structures while maintaining complete control over our supply chain through vertical integration. This includes 3 million square feet of residential development and 3.8 million square feet of commercial/industrial space across multiple states. By owning our manufacturing (Arc Manufacturing), distribution (Square Foot Building Supply), and construction (Vertikal Builders Alliance) operations, we eliminate external dependencies, control quality standards, and maximize profitability. This comprehensive approach allows us to deliver consistent results while scaling to serve every major US county, ultimately transforming how communities are developed, powered, and protected through our innovative ICF construction methods and proprietary energy systems.
