We believe that quality, safe, and energy-efficient housing is a fundamental right for all individuals, regardless of income level. Our ambitious initiative aims to develop 15,000 affordable housing units across 12 key states, creating opportunities for no,  low, and moderate-income families to achieve stable, dignified housing. 

Florida, Texas, Arizona, New York, Louisiana, Navada, Oklahoma, North Carolina, South Carolina, California, Georgia and Illinois. 

 We welcome applications from:

• First-time homebuyers
• Individuals and families with no, low, and moderate incomes
• Essential workers
• Local community members

This initiative contains various partnership programs which include partnering with landowners, local governments, state governments, the federal government and its agencies, strategic partners, capital partners, financial institutions, non-profits and volunteers. 

Spectra Holdings Group, Inc is in the process of sponsoring a Nonprofit Organization called Propel Community Development Corporation to oversee various programs of helps to assist residents with financial education, home buying assistance, home maintenance programs and aiding for the disadvantage in this housing crisis. 

With an improved innovative construction methodology, we are capable of providing homes that is resistant to water damage, mold, hurricanes, tornados, fire, earthquakes, termites, sound and other design challenges with advanced technology features cost effectively that exceeds all local, state, national and international codes.
