AgriFusion, Inc. is Spectra Holdings Group’s agriculture and sustainable manufacturing division, built to transform corn-based production into multiple high-demand product streams that support food systems, construction, and environmentally responsible packaging. As a Spectra subsidiary, AgriFusion is structured to operate as the parent agriculture company overseeing specialized operating companies that convert agricultural inputs into value-added products for both domestic and commercial markets.

AgriFusion will sell corn-based livestock feed and corn-based products for human consumption, while also owning and overseeing two dedicated manufacturing subsidiaries: Blendco EcoBoard, LLC and KernalTech BioBags, Inc. Together, these companies create a vertically coordinated platform that strengthens supply chain reliability, reduces waste, and supports Spectra’s broader mission of building resilient communities through integrated industry solutions.

 Blendco EcoBoard produces advanced building materials derived from corn cobs and agricultural byproducts. This supports sustainable construction initiatives and provides an additional domestic supply source for building material alternatives. 

 KernalTech BioBags produces biodegradable packaging bags designed to replace conventional plastic packaging in shipping, warehousing, and consumer distribution environments.
