Maurizio D’Alessandro brings over 20 years of hands‑on experience in "ground-up" residential and commercial construction. Under his flagship, Gulf Stone Construction Services Corp, he has successfully built more than 600 single-family homes and commercial units across Florida. Licensed as a Certified Building Contractor since October 2007 (License # CBC1255978), Maurizio leads all new construction projects with precision, quality, and deep industry expertise.
